At Rustic Carolina Creations, we are committed to delivering top-notch custom fabrications to our valued clients. In line with our dedication to quality, we do not offer returns as a standard policy.
However, if circumstances beyond Rustic Carolina Creations' control prevent us from completing your ordered products, we may consider granting a refund. Such situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision lies with Rustic Carolina Creations.
Please note that refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong color, misspelling custom text, misplacement, misuse, or any other non-compliance reasons.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide credible evidence that the products are unsatisfactory due to a lack of effort on our team's part.
Additionally, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes or service charges associated with refunded services.
If a refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account.
