Where is Rustic Carolina Creations located?
Based in the charming town of Dacusville in the Upstate of South Carolina.
Can I have my order shipped?
Of course we are happy to ship your order. For larger furniture orders it is recommended to have the items picked up from our shop or have them delivered by RCC. Additional fees may apply.
What if I need to return my item?
RCC is not able to accept any returns. However, if you have questions or concerns please contact us at hello@rusticcarolinacreations.com
When Can I expect my custom item to be finished?
RTS- ready to ship items will be shipped within in 1-2 business days.
Custom items can vary greatly on lead time.
Small items the estimated time is 7 business days.
Larger orders and furniture typically has a minimum of 14 business days.
When should I expect a email response?
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to all emails within 24 hours Monday-Friday. At RCC we are always happy to help and provide guidance or advice whenever you need.
